🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During drops, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated via email.

📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

SizzleVerse is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SizzleVerse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist with filing a claim.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited drops and exclusive items, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

🛑 Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the estimated release date listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together unless stated otherwise.
